Grade Ambassador Program
As our school grows, we are constantly challenged by the connection and communication efforts to keep parents involved and informed. This led to the idea for a program just for parents to call one another and keep each other “plugged in”.
In this program, parent volunteers play the role of Grade Ambassadors. Each Grade Ambassador is responsible for communicating to about ten school families throughout the year. We also have three GAP subcommittees -- GAP Hospitality, Staff Appreciation and Event Support. The Event Support committee will help in planning and hosting events such as Grandparent's Day, Alumni Chapel and Alumni Homecoming Gathering, and the Giving Thanks Pancake Breakfast which follows Annual Fund Emphasis Week.
We welcome your thoughts and input and hope the Grade Ambassador Program will be a great way to quickly share important events and information, and more importantly develop valuable relationships at our school.
