Technology

Technology is an integral part of the learning process at BCHS. We utilize the latest technologies in order to enhance the learning experience for all of our students. With several computer labs available for students and teachers to use, our campus technology also includes audio and video projection systems in the classroom, laser printers for staff and students all supported by a business class network with several terabytes of storage and the latest business and educational software available. Technology Highlights

• Over 250 computers, more than half designated for student use. With 522 students in attendance in 2009-10, that equals a ratio of 3.92 students for every computer.
• Photography and Yearbook computer lab equipped with Macintosh systems
• Library computer lab equipped with iMacs
• Laptops for student use in the library
• iPads for a Pilot Program in 2010-11
• Tech lab with computers and various technology equippment for hands-on practice in various fields of engineering such as bio-engineering, electronics, robotics, architectural design and an aeronautic flight simulator trainer.
