• Participates in BCHS' Colors of Christmas and spring musical, Women's Club Art Competition and the Via Arte chalk drawing at The Marketplace
• Visits local and regional art galleries and museums such as The J. Paul Getty Museum and Hearst Castle
• Displays artwork in the administration building and the BCHS online gallery
• Showcases BCHS Artist of the Month
• Advanced art students participate in the Big Nite O' Jazz/Art Festival

Photography

• Photography and digital displays at BCHS' Colors of Christmas
• Visits local and regional museums

Animation

• Projects displayed at BCHS' Colors of Christmas as well as during chapel and other venues throughout the year
• Explores animation through visits to museums and a tour of the Animation Building at Disney's California Adventure

Broadcasting

• News casting team conducts daily broadcasts for school announcements
