We are seeking a part-time Athletic Trainer. This individual is responsible for administering preventive treatment for student athletes participating in various sports. This individual also assures compliance with maintenance of health and safety standards. Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with course work in physical education, athletic training or related field. Athletic training experience/ATC license preferred.
The candidate must have a culinary degree or equivalent experience. Cooking experience in restaurant, catering or institutional cooking (hospital, senior care) preferred, but not required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reading, following and executing recipes according to specifications set forth by the Food Service Director. The cook needs to be able to work within strict time lines and exhibit good time management. The cook must possess basic math skills in order to complete such tasks as calculating the number of portions prepared for service and estimating quantities of ingredients needed for recipe preparation.
The duties of this position require the ability to stand for 95% of day excluding breaks, walk, stoop, kneel, lift/push/pull cases of food weighing up to 50 pounds, taste or smell.
BCHS is looking to hire a part-time high school tutor who will work directly with students in small groups providing learning support on a a variety of core subjects. All tutors will work with a master teacher to develop a plan to ensure students' success.
High school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
Shift times may vary throughout the week; however, all tutoring typically occurs between noon and 3:30 p.m.
