Business Office

Our purpose is to educate students…

IN ORDER TO EFFECTIVELY OPERATE AS AN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION,

IT IS IMPERATIVE TO ALSO OPERATE AS AN EFFECTIVE BUSINESS.

The business office plays a key role in the day-to-day business operations of BCHS. Some of the responsibilities of the business office include accounts payable and receivable, human resources, and facility use management. The business office also coordinates the transportation program.

BCHS is a nonprofit corporation established on July 24, 1986 as a 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt organization.

If you are interested in having an event on the BCHS campus…

Please review our rules and regulations for renting our facility and complete a facility request located on the Our Campus page. Be advised that in order to proceed with your facility request, you must set up an account. When you register, you will be prompted to create an account and upload your certificate of liability insurance. The certificate must include Bakersfield Christian High School as the Certificate Holder. Once your liability insurance is accepted, you will be notified and you may request the specific date for your event(s).

The facility rental request must be completed in order for your request to be considered. A two-week advance notice is required to process your request. Once your event request is submitted, you will typically receive an estimate within one to two business days for your acceptance.
